I saw some damselflies mating in a small water canal near my father-in-law’s house in Ponorogo, East Java, Indonesia. After waiting until the cloudy weather improves, I finally managed to get some photos of this damselfly mating.
This beautiful damselfly is Copera marginipes (Yellow Featherlegs) of family Platycnemididae (white-legged damselflies).
Photos of Damselfly Mating (Foto Capung Jarum Kawin): Copera marginipes were taken using a camera phone, Sony Ericsson K800i, in Ponorogo, East Java, Indonesia.
