I found this insect mating when i were looking for some caterpillars in my father-in-law’s front yard in Ponorogo, East Java, Indonesia. The insect are Robber flies (order Diptera, family Asilidae).
Photos of robber fly mating were taken using a camera phone, Sony Ericsson K800i, in Ponorogo, East Java, Indonesia (in my father-in-law’s front yard).
